Construction & Demolition Resource Management Plans (C&D RMPs) Local governments also mandate the submission of Construction & Demolition Resource Management Plans (C&D RMPs) as part of the Development Application (DA) process. These plans typically outline how waste generated during the demolition and construction phases will be responsibility managed and disposed of in compliance with regulations.

This unified report is typically prepared by two experts in similar fields to address contentions related to their field. This sets out the issues upon which they agree or disagree in a single report. This may involve town planners, engineers, consultants and other industry experts’ opinions.
Mediation Conference Participation
Our expert witness participates in Mediation Conferences. This conference involves the parties attending Court proceedings while holding discussions to hear the issues in dispute which are identified in the Joint Report, with the intent to reach a decision agreeable to all parties. The conference may take place at the Court and in certain circumstances, may be conducted virtually or via phone.
