Wastech Engineering recently designed, manufactured and installed a “double decker” compactor.

This shopping centre wanted compactors for both cardboard and general waste, but their space was very limited. Wastech was able to resolve this issue by providing a double decker compactor. In this case, the cardboard compactor is located on the ground level and hand loaded from the dock, and the general waste compactor sits above, loaded by a bin lifter, and supported by a heavy duty guide rail platform..
