Stationary
AUGER COMPACTOR

Stationary Auger-2

Overview

Facilities processing mixed waste streams require consistent throughput and reliable handling of varied materials. The stationary auger compactor provides continuous compaction of cardboard, dry waste, plastics, and recyclables in commercial and industrial applications.

Engineered with an 11kW motor and tapered auger design, the stationary auger delivers consistent performance across multi-stream waste operations. The continuous auger mechanism removes the cycle delays associated with blade compactors, supporting uninterrupted processing and improved operational efficiency.

A modular drive system with removable architecture enables easier access to serviceable components, allowing maintenance to be completed with minimal disruption and reduced downtime compared to conventional compactors requiring extended service periods.

The system achieves up to 30.8% energy savings compared to standard compactor models, along with 75.5% lower start current and 28% lower run current. It integrates with S1500 bin systems and is compatible with bin sizes ranging from 20m³ to 37m³, supporting integration with existing waste infrastructure fleets.

Core Benefits:

  • Reduced cost to transport waste and recycling off site
  • Reduced manual handling, lowering labour requirements
  • Improved workplace safety and reduced injury-related downtime
  • Flexible handling of multiple waste types and loading methods
  • Extended equipment lifespan through robust construction
  • Improved recycling participation and diversion outcomes
  • Increased operational time available for core business activities
