SINGLE AUGER COMPACTOR

Stationary Auger

Overview

Our new Single compactor is engineered to optimise resource recovery operations and minimise customer downtime.

This next-generation solution is designed to lower production costs while significantly improving system performance. By focusing on rapid serviceability, enhanced compaction force, and substantial power savings, this compactor meets the rigorous demands of the Australian commercial waste management sector.

  • Features a removable drive section. This allows an on-site swap to be completed in two hours, replacing the previous three-day rebuild process and minimising customer downtime.
  • Delivers substantial power savings in general operation , achieving a 75.5% reduction in start current and a 28% reduction in average run current.
  • Engineered with increased compaction force to reduce cardboard bridging and increase overall throughput.
  • Fully compatible with S1500 bins, allowing sites to seamlessly utilise their existing bin fleet.
  • Designed to be fully compatible with purpose-built pre-shred and feed attachments.
  • The single auger chamber provides a clear opening of 1795mm x 1450mm.
