DUAL AUGER COMPACTOR

Twin Auger-1

Overview

Our new dual auger compactor engineered to increase throughput and minimise downtime for the Australian resource recovery sector.

This solution is designed to lower production costs while providing substantial power savings during general operation. By focusing on rapid serviceability and increased compaction force, the system effectively manages cardboard bridging and meets rigorous commercial waste demands.

  • Drive and compaction mechanism is designed to be unbolted and removed with a forklift. This allows a replacement assembly to be swapped out on site within 2 to 3 hours, eliminating the traditional days of rebuild time and customer downtime.
  • delivers a 30.8% reduction in overall system energy consumption. This includes a 75.5% reduction in peak start current and a 28% reduction in average running current.
  • Produces increased compaction force to reduce cardboard bridging and significantly increase overall throughput.
  • Compatible with the S1500 bin, providing commercial clients the option to utilise their existing bin fleets.
  • The dual auger design is fully compatible with pre-shred and feed attachments, including the MZ3 agitator and PZZ shredder.
  • The dual auger chamber provides a clear opening of 2500mm x 1450mm.

Key Features

The removable drive and compaction mechanism allows for rapid on-site swap overs within 2 to 3 hours to significantly reduce customer downtime.

Operations achieve massive power savings.
