TWIN AUGER COMPACTOR

Twin Auger-2

Overview

High-volume cardboard processing environments require consistent material flow without interruptions caused by bridging or jamming. The Stationary Twin Auger Compactor is purpose-built for continuous, high-capacity cardboard compaction in commercial and industrial applications.

With twin 11kW motors and dual auger screws generating 24kN compaction force across a 2500mm wide opening, the Twin Auger is designed to process large and oversized cardboard boxes that can restrict single auger systems. The dual-screw configuration maintains consistent material movement through the compaction chamber, reducing interruptions in high-volume operations.

Engineered for continuous operation, the system delivers a swept volume of 1.12m³ and a compaction capacity of up to 280 kg/m³, supporting facilities requiring sustained bulk waste processing. Power requirements are 415V 50A, with an overall footprint of 1920 x 2870 x 1410mm and a unit weight of 2560kg.

The system integrates with 20m³ to 40m³ compactor bins, allowing compatibility with existing waste infrastructure without requiring changes to bin fleets.

Core Benefits:

  • Maintains continuous material flow without bridging or jamming
  • Handles oversized cardboard boxes without pre-processing
  • Reduces waste collection frequency and transport costs
  • Reduces manual handling and labour requirements
  • Supports safer handling practices across the facility
  • Extended equipment lifespan through robust construction
  • Increases staff time available for core operations
